Rabbits are living breathing animals, therefore I do not guarantee show quality, (how a rabbit
will place in a show), reproductive ability or quality of offspring, as these depend on many
factors beyond our control. It is the purchasers responsibility to examine the rabbit before
taking possession for defects and ARBA disqualifications. All sales are made on a first come
first serve basis. However, if you are interested in a particular rabbit we will hold it for seven
days with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Deposit must be recieved within five( 5 ) days of your
commitment to purchase or rabbit will be relisted. When we receive your email or written
commitment to buy, the rabbit will be marked as INQUIRY,  When we receive your deposit
Rabbit will be marked as SALE PENDING..This is the only way we will hold a rabbit. NO
EXCEPTIONS. Once full payment is recieved, the rabbit is marked as SOLD. All rabbits are sold
in good health at time of sale. In the event that the rabbit on hold becomes unavailable due to
unexpected illness or death, we will refund your deposit in full.If the illness or death occurred
because of negligence on your part no replacement will be offered or made. The buyer has 7
days to notify me of any issues of purchased rabbits. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO
RETURN THE RABBIT TO MY RABBITRY. NO EXCEPTIONS... IT IS MY DISCRETION TO
DETERMINE IF A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT RABBIT IS GIVEN. Free rabbits or pet rabbits
have no guarantees or pedigrees given. If a  replacement rabbit is offered, You will have one
week after you have been notified that replacement is available for pickup to pick up your
replacement rabbit. Anything that occurs 7days after the sale is not covered by any warranty,
written, expressed or implied. All rabbits are priced PICKED UP at OUR rabbitry. We do not sell
bred does or offer our bucks for stud. We will gladly deliver rabbit free of charge to any show
we are attending. Rabbits must be PAID IN FULL before leaving my possession. I RESERVE THE
RIGHT TO END ANY SALE AT ANY TIME.
